For around 20 years, ZBT has been developing, scaling and analyzing highly filled polymer compounds for demanding technical applications. Our materials are used in PEM fuel cells, heat exchangers and redox flow batteries. Support our team as a working student in production engineering and work on the transfer of innovative compounds into practice.

  • You will be actively involved in the processing of highly filled compounds with compounding, injection molding, extrusion and hot pressing
  • You use modern analytics to investigate mechanical, electrical and thermal material properties
  • You will gain exciting insights into research and development projects within an extensive machine park
  • You support the preparation of reports and scientific publications in publicly funded projects
  • You can expect a varied combination of practical work and scientific questions
  • It is also possible to write a Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis in the future
