Design and Optimisation of the Screw Configuration of a Twin-Screw Extruder for Compounding of Highly Filled, Highly Conductive Plastics

We would like to work with you to experimentally investigate and optimise the screw design for the production of highly conductive polypropylene compounds.

This will include, among other things, the following areas of responsibility:

  • Modification of the screw pair in the twin-screw extruder
  • Production of various polymer compounds
  • Investigation of properties using various polymer analytical methods
  • Manufacturing of bipolar plates using injection moulding
  • Investigation of the relevant properties for PEM fuel cells
