ZBT-Wasserstofftage (Hydrogen Days) – The technology forum for industry and science

“We want to bring together people who are enthusiastically developing solutions for our clean energy system of the future,” says ZBT Managing Director Peter Beckhaus (pictured), describing the motivation behind the conference format, which is set up in the tradition of the former AiF Fuel Cell Alliance events. “We want to make the innovations from companies and application-oriented research visible – from small details with a big impact to complex overall systems.”

The Hydrogen Days bring together people from the research and development departments of large, medium-sized and small companies as well as start-ups with scientists from application-oriented research – people who are themselves working on innovative hydrogen technologies. ‘And of course, we won’t turn anyone away who doesn’t have an R&D background,’ promises Beckhaus. ‘Our main aim with the ZBT Hydrogen Days is to increase momentum in the hydrogen sector.’

At the ZBT Research School’s annual Hydrogen Energy Symposium, hydrogen researchers meet in Duisburg to present the results of their work and exchange the latest findings.

Anyone interested can look forward to a day full of the latest research results and discussions on hydrogen technologies.

The decarbonization of heavy goods transport is a central element of the energy transition. The development of functioning hydrogen mobility requires close interaction between vehicle development, component and system technology, infrastructure and political and economic framework conditions.

At the annual HeavyDuty Congress in Duisburg, experts meet to exchange information and ideas about fuel cell and other hydrogen drives in road and rail freight transport, construction machinery, refuse collection vehicles, road sweepers and buses.
