Congratulations to the “Green Team Twente” student team of TU Twente (Netherlands), who won the UrbanConcept category hydrogen at the Shell Eco Marathon Europe in London on 27.05.2017!
We are delighted that the close cooperation in the last weeks before the race has led to this great success! In the competition of the drive and vehicle technologies, it is a matter of covering defined routes in a minimum time with as little fuel as possible. The vehicles of the UrbanConcept category must in addition be suitable for road traffic.
The GreenTeamTwente has competed against 9 other European teams in the competition on the London City Circuit with a calculated distance of 278 km/m³.
