Working student (m/f/d) in the field of material analysis and test bench operation

As a working student, you will support our team in modelling hydrogen production from ammonia for use in fuel cells and engines.

With us, you will work on real challenges of the energy transition: At one of the leading institutes for hydrogen and fuel cell technology, you will contribute your basic knowledge of chemical thermodynamics, apply your programming experience in Python (or a comparable language) and gain practical experience in process simulation – ideally, you will already have some prior knowledge in this area.

As a student/research assistant

you will support:

  • material analysis (e.g., pore structure, conductivity)

  • construction and testing of fuel cells at low temperatures

  • evaluation of electrochemical measurements (EIS, CV, polarization)

  • post-mortem analyses and damage investigations
