DiversityDay at the ZBT

On DiversityDay at the ZBT, we examined the various dimensions of diversity and discussed them together. Our aim is to strengthen diversity and create an environment in which everyone can feel comfortable and thrive.

We want everyone to feel comfortable and be able to develop!
That’s why yesterday, on Diversity Day, we focused on the various dimensions of diversity, gathering information and discussing them together over coffee, cake and snacks.

Origin and nationality, age, gender and gender identity, religion and ideology, sexual orientation, social background, different physical and mental abilities… We want to strengthen diversity!

We certainly still have a lot to do, but we are on our way.
