ModVal 2023 is the 19th edition of an annual international symposium on modeling and experimental validation in the field of fuel cells and batteries. Launched in 2004, the symposium aims to bring together researchers from academia and industry, as well as theorists and experimenters.
ModVal takes place every year in March or April and is always hosted by an academic institution (view ModVal history here). This time, ZBT - The Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Center is hosting ModVal at Mercatorhalle in Duisburg, Germany. ZBT is one of the leading research institutions in Europe for fuel cell and hydrogen technologies. It is located on the Campus Duisburg of the University of Duisburg-Essen.
The focus of ModVal is on the presentation and discussion of the latest research results, advances in modelling and experimental work on model validation for fuel cells, batteries and electrolysis. We are looking for you to present your research. Please submit your abstract here.
Attention: Deadline for submitting your abstract extended until 15 January 2023!
More than 200 participants from all over the world are expected to attend and will have the opportunity to expand their network and foster new research collaborations.
