Networking, support and exchange for researchers at ZBT<\/h4>\n

The ZBT Research School is the central platform for scientific exchange, interdisciplinary networking and individual development \u2013 especially for scientific staff in qualification phases such as master’s theses, doctorates or postdocs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Weekly exchange on projects and publications<\/h2>\n

In the weekly seminar series, members present ongoing or planned research projects and selected specialist publications from the field of hydrogen research. The aim is to highlight current developments and strengthen internal discussion. <\/p>\n

The series offers an opportunity to reflect on scientific work within the group of colleagues, learn from each other and identify overlaps between topics at an early stage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Annual retreats, symposium and joint reflection<\/h2>\n

A central element of the Research School are the annual retreats with a specialist programme tailored to everyday research \u2013 from methods to data analysis. They offer space for concentrated work, professional exchange and interdisciplinary perspectives. <\/p>\n

At the annual symposium, members present their research and discuss it with colleagues from other institutions. In addition, the Research School recognises special achievements, such as publications, degrees or approved projects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Further training at the ZBT \u2013 learning together, deepening knowledge<\/h2>\n

Further training is a high priority at the ZBT. We engage external trainers, but also rely on formats in which colleagues pass on their knowledge \u2013 because often the greatest expertise lies within the organisation itself. The courses are aimed at all employees and are tailored to the needs of everyday work. <\/p>\n

Within the Research School, two continuing education pillars are particularly important: The Science Management Masterclasses<\/em> support scientific staff in areas such as grant applications, publication strategy and good scientific practice. The Technical Workshops<\/em> deepen technical skills, for example in electrochemical methods, test protocols or programming with Python. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n
