Innovative manufacturing processes<\/h2>\n

In cooperation with industry, ZBT develops innovative manufacturing processes for fuel cell components<\/strong> such as the adhesive bonding of bipolar plates and fuel cells, laser surface structuring and options for automated quality assurance of bipolar plates and seals.<\/p>\n

Design of bipolar plates<\/h2>\n

We develop designs for metallic and graphitic bipolar plates and optimise them specifically in terms of power density, service life and manufacturability. The quality of the starting materials \u2013 from raw materials to semi-finished products \u2013 forms the basis for the development of high-performance and reliable products.<\/p>\n
