At ZBT, we work on technologies for the clean energy system of the future. In addition, employees benefit from flexible working hours, good transport links and a pleasant working atmosphere, among other things. <\/h4>\n

Meaningful work<\/strong> is very important to many people. We can offer that. But that’s not all, of course. At ZBT, you will work in a motivated, collegial team on solutions for the clean energy system of tomorrow. The doors of your colleagues and supervisors are always open (unless they are closed), and there is always someone available to listen to your questions and challenges. <\/p>\n

A flexible flexitime system<\/strong>, generous mobile working arrangements<\/strong>, 30 days of holiday<\/strong> for full-time employees (plus Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve and Shrove Monday) and the option of part-time<\/strong> work allow you to adapt your working hours very flexibly to your needs. <\/p>\n

<\/br>And those who can work together can also celebrate <\/strong>together. We do this twice a year: at the start-of-year party, it’s just us, and at the summer party, families and former employees are also invited. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
