Eisenhuth new member of ZBT’s supporting association<\/h2>\n

The supporting association of ZBT “Verein zur F\u00f6rderung des Zentrums f\u00fcr BrennstoffzellenTechnik e.V.” is pleased to welcome the company Eisenhuth GmbH & Co. KG as new member!<\/strong><\/p>\n

For over 50 years Eisenhuth has been producing tools and moulds. Today, the Eisenhuth GmbH & Co. KG is one of the top manufacturers of moulds for rubber, silicon and plastics. Moreover the company produces silicone parts, rubber parts and plastic parts. Since 2006, Eisenhuth has strongly engaged in the production of bipolar plates for\u00a0Fuel cells and gaskets<\/b>. Reaching this leading position didn`t just happen. Eisenhuth have always been known as problem-solvers, a company whose work sets standards that others follow. In the Eisenhuth company, everything comes from a single source. From drawings incorporating the first ideas to supervision of a production run, Eisenhuth know-how is involved at every stage. Reliably functioning moulds and tools as well as components of fuel cells of high-quality and long duration of life are an important component in the production chain for rubber and plastics processors who have to hold their ground against increasing pressures caused by costs.<\/p>\n

Eisenhuth and ZBT are close partners in the field of bipolar plates and gaskets. Eisenhuth is both supplier for ZBT and client of ZBT, and in different funded projects both partners work together. The exchange of materials, components and KnowHow results in a fruitful cooperation in development of bipolar plates and gaskets for e.g. DMFC cells, large LT-PEM stacks and HT PEM.<\/p>\n

With it’s commitment for ZBT’s supporting association Eisenhuth emphasizes that industry- and application oriented research and development is essential for product development for fuel cells. Goal of the supporting association is the support of ZBT’s R&D activities in the field of fuel cell related technologies by e.g.:<\/span><\/p>\n
