Damit steht ab sofort ein leistungsf\u00e4higes Analysesystem f\u00fcr Forschungsprojekte und industrielle Fragestellungen zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                            <div class=\"intro-grid__text\"><p>Mit dem System lassen sich kristalline Phasen zuverl\u00e4ssig identifizieren, Kristallstrukturen detailliert charakterisieren und strukturelle Ver\u00e4nderungen in Materialien, Beschichtungen und Katalysatoren pr\u00e4zise untersuchen.<\/p>\n<p>Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Hochtemperaturkammer f\u00fcr temperaturabh\u00e4ngige in-situ XRD-Messungen bei bis zu 1.000\u00b0C. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen Phasenumwandlungen, Kristallstruktur\u00e4nderungen und thermisch induzierte Alterungsprozesse direkt w\u00e4hrend definierter Temperaturbehandlungen verfolgt werden.
