Workshop: Innovative coatings for fuel cell components<\/h1>\n

At the invitation of the cH2ance transformation hub, participants in a workshop at ZBT discussed how new coating processes can contribute to improving the efficiency and durability of fuel cell components.<\/h4>\n

As part of the BMWK-funded transformation hub cH2ance, a workshop on improving the surface coating<\/b> of metal components was held at ZBT. Our scientists J\u00f6rg Karstedt and Verena Lukassek provided technical input.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Discussions on new coating processes such as PVD, CVD and galvanic methods were particularly intense and productive. These processes are crucial for further optimising the corrosion resistance<\/b> and electrical conductivity<\/b> of fuel cell components. The use of advanced coating technologies opens up new possibilities for increasing the efficiency and durability<\/b> of fuel cells. <\/p>\n

We would like to thank all co-organisers and participants for their valuable contributions and productive discussions. The insights gained will be incorporated into future projects and drive progress in fuel cell technology. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n
